Our fleet coordinators are responsible to monitor all driver compliance and report non-compliance, maintain fleet databases and ensure fleet availability for production.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Monitor all drivers for compliance to company policies and report non-compliance to management
  • Maintain electronic databases and records for purchase, sales, registration and maintenance of fleet
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current use trends
  • Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning
  • Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance (SMOGS, repairs, status updates) and fleet meets maintenance schedules
  • Monitor fuel purchase system for all drivers; order and distribute fuel cards
  • Plan, process, and forecast vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement in alignment with company budget
  • With accounting, plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analysis of all financial objectives
  • Schedule, coordinate and purchase GPGPSnit installation, removal, and troubleshooting
  • Partner on insurance and accident claims

 

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • 2-3 years experience in managing commercial fleet
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze large sets of date and make informed decisions
