CoolToday is currently seeking a Lead Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Lead Coordinators are responsible for setting quality leads (estimates) with our perspective customers with a sense of Urgency! This role is vital to the success of our organization, based on the fact that our Lead Coordinators are often the first point of contact and/or contribute to the overall experience our customers have while conducting business with CoolToday!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Take all inbound confirmation calls from all in-store Lead Generators

  • Call all leads that come in through website, and retail partner and book appointments on a timely manner

  • Answer Lead generator questions about lead status through chat system

  • Ensure notes are properly added to all calls in retail and service provider leads

  • Respond to all lead emails, service provider leads, web leads, and retail leads to book appointment.

  • Provide all customers with a 5-Star experience!

  • Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Explaining to our Customers what the experience is going to be when our Comfort Advisor (sales representative) comes to their home to go over products to resolve their home comfort needs, ensuring we go over our non-negotiables with the customer  to set our Comfort Advisor up for success.
  • The other primary focus is to schedule these calls based on a tier process that ensures our day is going to be most profitable. The overall goal of our Lead Coordinators is getting the right Comfort Advisor to the right call at exactly the right time!  

Additional Job Duties, but not limited to: 

  • Take all inbound sales calls from our technicians as well as new clients 
  • Manage the Comfort Consultants schedules throughout the day 
  • Respond to all sales emails, service provider leads, and web requests to book appointments
  • Provide first-class customer service to each and every customer while showcasing core CoolToday S.P.I.R.I.T values

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Bilingual (Highly Preferred)
  • Mandatory availabity to work weekends (Off Tuesday-Wednesday)
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong work ethic, emotional maturity is very important 
  • Consistent performance with a sense of urgency and commitment 
  • Ability to solve problems proactively, strong decision-making skills 
  • Able to work independently, multitask and work as part of a team to meet team goals and responsibilities
  • Evening and weekend availability on rotation
  • Flex scheduling (hybrid role including in-office and work from home shifts)
